MyrraWolf I'm not that great at detailing, but if you want to make a snow-covered mountain, use patches of darker color near it to give the impression that the mountain is covered in snow. If you want to make a snow-capped mountain, either use grey lines near the tops or take the better-looking (but more time-consuming) approach and make the entire mountain apart from the snowy top a darker color. But it really depends also on what else is in the background and how much snow is on the mountain. Also, what type of aesthetic are you going for with the track? Are you trying to be realistic? Cartoony? Are you trying to make the track pop out? ...on a side note, it looks like you're already doing quite good. But what's the huge black wall on the side of the screen? Is that... the rider's corpse?
thanks man . Since I posted this I dulled out the top of the mountain to make it more like what I was aiming for: a volcano (mt. fuji), which according to pictures like this (https://cdn.cnn.com/cnnnext/dam/assets/170606110126-tokyo-skyline.jpg) is much larger than the buildings in the foreground, so I probably wont make it smaller, but I will fix the foreground to make it nicer sized. thx alot ))
Thanks for the advice. The huge black thing is part of a tower. (inspired by tokyo tower) and the mountain in the back is one similar to Mount. fuji. The whole track is japan themed
oh XD. I've been playing for 3 years 4 starting in 2019 and I've been playing nonstop. so I agree with you there
