      RIII definitely earned its feature but I RIV didn't live up to the standards of its predecessor, so I just don't think it should be featured. Cypress and and BT both have amazing talent, but RIV is quite sloppy and is only detailed in certain areas, so as much as I love shep's detail and BT's tracks, RIV shouldn't be featured imo.

      it stands for "Never to be finished," meaning the track isn't completely made yet or all the detailing isn't done, but the author has no intention of ever finishing it either
