When is the best time to submit a track?

I want to know when to submit the track so that it has the best likelihood for exposure.

 

Number one: You can submit a track at any time.

And number two: I'm totally confused of "likelihood for exposure." Does that mean "the liking of tracks" or "goodness of potential?"

 

I know that it can be submitted at any time. I am talking about the time when most people are online and can view the track while it is in the 'Newest' category, it has to be followed by less than 8 tracks to appear on the 'Browse Tracks' page without needing to click the arrow to scroll through or going to the dedicated page for 'Newest'. And why this is so important is: None of my tracks can be accessed through the categories or Play Random. I am not sure how the tracks section on the side of the screen (while playing a track) choose their tracks, but I assume it prefers tracks that have gotten some exposure. So you can guess that posting a track when virtually no players are on would be a mistake for the track, as I myself can't bring in players to see my tracks without manually communicating my tracks/profile through the forum or otherwise. I am looking for a time range (time zone included) when peak players are on. This has been a bit of a stretch, but hopefully you understand my question.

I try to post on weekends from around noon to 3 PM.

 

Well for me, because I'm different, I post one of my tracks at, as I say, any typical time, whether it's finished or not.

 

I normally try to post at around midnight - 2am, when most of FRHD, and indeed the internet, is online. Because Americans.

just check forums on the homepage where it says how many members are online to give u an approximate on how many people are playing the game. So if u see no one on the forums, then it’s a good time to post a track

I typically post my tracks from around midnight to 11:59 PM UTC because that's when the most people are online.
Basically, I post my tracks whenever they're done and I'm ready to post them.
