Alright, he has gotten some good stuff done, like enforcing Obama's strictness against Syria's use of chemical weapons. And his white house also launched a successful attack in Syria (for the most part). He has pulled out of the essential Paris Climate agreement, which is attempting to reduce the rising greenhouse gas levels that are subsequently rising the climate. The rising climate is causing the Antarctic ice to melt, causing drastic rises in the ocean levels. He has nominated many people to his white house that are, quite frankly, idiots. He has NO prior knowledge or experience to be the President of the United States, he was a reality tv star on "The Apprentice" and a business man. In his business dealings, he often misleads or does not pay his clients. During his time as president, he has played 121 rounds of golf and still owns and manages 7 Trump International golf courses world-wide. So sorry if I am ranting here, my final say in this matter is that yes; Trump has gotten a lot done in his time as the POTUS, but the large majority of which end up having negative impacts.
