Illicit Official author is not automated, but there is talk that it might be soon. For now, all you can do is pretty much beg a person who is able to give it to you, like char or eric.
If you want proof, go check shadoweagles's place, idk how he managed to get oa. Also, (either Tocota1 or Totoca12 , I can't remeber) wasn't given oa at first, even though they had a lot of likes and creative skill, because char already thought he had it.

Cant you just have someone with OA place the teleporter and then have them send the code to you to bypass the OA thing? .......

 

Hacksaw nope, it's possible to code teleports in. I certainly have. But if you try to publish it without oa, then it refuses the request. You get as far as naming your track, writing the description, chossing the bike options. When publish is clicked, it says that only oa members can publish tracks with the teleporter powerup.
