CHuguley is the dude that makes the list due to the very high number of published tracks and his relatively decent, improving content and activity in the game overall, he is keen to make detailed tracks and could create sketches and good drawings in the future as he is progressing in the game. His tracks might not be top-tier but for a kid who's been here for a couple of months, he has probably made if not the most work done in such a short time, tirelessely many tracks that one after another show more and more. https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/484543-midnight-wasteland

Phase has been in the game for about a year and he has made some very impressive progress, especially in the recent months, his content is good and is attracting more people on each track. With his popularity on the rise, this author could soon develop to be the best out of the people who started playing in the same time with him. He is using simple, slow brushed detail and has obviously studied other authors to gain his style. Although his character as an artist has not yet been complete, he is experimenting with many things and drawing various objects, he also has a good sub to track ratio almost 2/1 which means he is attracting people on a regular basis with his tracks, mostly his recent work, but having this amount of subscribers can make it hard for him to improve himself on the demand of his popularity. https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/472679-rulers-of-these-waters

QuinnFederle isnt the guy i would pick for the top3 but something struck me as i was playing one of his recent works some days ago. The kid is very creative and has shown a huge creative jump in his recent tracks. His detail is not good at the moment and his sketches are also not noteworthy but he is putting some effort to his tracks as i see it at least. In the next month it will show wether this kid can climb at the top of his game or flop as many people like him have done in the past. Seriously, the number 3 spot was reserved for Phase in my mind and this was a last minute pick but i put my bets on this kid, that if he continues making tracks, he has serious potential. Unfortunately his subscribers amount 4 times less the amount of tracks his made which means he gets almostk 1 sub per 4 tracks, also the plays on his tracks are low and the like bar doesnt reach 100 likes or close, to any of his tracks yet, but as i said, i bet on this kid for the time to come,(hopefully im not mistaken). https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/487643-clouds-over-nepal-pt-2-nce3

Barcode111 has recently made some tracks that indicate the fact that he is a detailer in spirit. He has received influence by other older authors in the game and he is pushing his own (not so unique) style on his tracks. His presence in the top5 in the second position gives away the reason why this top5 doesnt include enough detailers, because there arent many noteworthy (or i havent discovered them) artists who started playing the game recently. Coninuing with barcode, i have to admit his latest track, at the time being this https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/463137-journey-to-the-east has convinced me to put a guy who tries to put detail and some kind of concept to his tracks onto this list, i have high hopes for him for the futue and i believe his run will last up to 3 more years in the game and he can possibly reach 100 subscribers or maybe even much more if he keeps improving on that pace.

BrightSpace is possibly the most consistent artist lately and his consistency is no lost work because every track he makes, showcases his talent even more. Substantialy better than all the other authors on the list in terms of detail, i think this particular author has the most potential of all. For the past days, before i wrote this review, i hardly thought of putting him on the list, but he made a track EVERY DAY and kept improvin his previous tracks and re-releasing them with much extended content. comment your opinion on the list and about possible auhors who could make it there.

This list is purely my opinion on these authors, and they are put in the particular order as i thought would be best. Some might argue about them or if all of them are worth to be on the top5, there are many talented authors but these ones are fresh and active and thats why i put them in that order.
Also, last years list included people based on the same criteria.

 

wow. this is a well done list. I'm happy to see that two of my good friends made it! And funnily enough, their "best work" or whatever you're calling it, are both entries to my Contest! I agree wholeheartedly with these choices; the improvement that I've seen in them is great. I recommend that you expand the list! I'm sure there are lots of authors who would love more exposure, and critique of their work by an experienced player like you.

You should make one every month so people have something to compete for.

 

i could make something like a podcast along with a couple of other guys and commentate on tracks, like 10 minutes per video and do it once a month. Things like this give some color to this blank canvas. The thing is, i gotta find some people charged up for this and mature for the conversation.

 

Zycerak i totally forgot about you , i would put you on #2 or #1 for obvious reasons, but i think putting you on the list would kind of shine of all the other guys who havent had your success, excuse me for snubbing you out of this

i have 29 tracks and 87 subs, but i only have like 5 good tracks, the rest were from a few moths ago when i had first started, and i just spammed stuff.

nah the list is fair, I've had my share of fame lol this list is well explained and accurate for lesser-known players. Keep it up

 

i have drawn some cool trees and rock walls and stuff, but i just can't apply the same techniques on here.
