Official Contest Halloween Official Contest

I like the idea, and we've been talking about it for months. I think it would be an excellent idea to make it Holiday(rather than Halloween themed). Christmas would be directly favoring Christians, so maybe if you create a Winter Holiday Themed Contest that ends on Jan 1, 2018, at midnight it would make more sense and help the quality of the tracks.
This is actually false that only Christians around the world celebrate some form of Christmas since these are the countries that observe it in red

The track must be a 200kb minimum-wayy too big
Must be an approved Winter Holiday from below:
List of All approved Winter Holidays-complicated rule
No previous wips allowed- Kano doesn't know
Due precisely on Jan 1 12:00 am PT (that's Kano's time, right?) or ET
Must reflect at least three things to do with that holiday (examples for Christmas would be Santa, Santa's sleigh, Christmas decor, Christmas tree, Christmas wreath, reindeer, etc.)
Must post a track in the thread, must have An Official Contest Entry in the description, If not shown on front page of the thread, pm a mod, judge, or host.
Only one entry per author
If featured, automatic 15000 coins
1st 100k coins
2nd 75k coins
3rd 50k coins
4th 25k Coins
5th 10k Coins
Notable Mentions 5k Coins Change it to 6-10

also my opinion on phases/psssts post:
- just have it a winter theme
- no kb minimum, that dissuades new players from entering and is dumb
- dont bother with approved winter holidays, let authors do their own thing
- "must reflect 3 three things to do with a holiday" again, dont restrict authors, let them do their own thing
- Prizes are very good, but please continue giving out ribbons for top 10 like last time. the previous prizes for the official contest were terribly mediocre (i think i got 1k coins for 2 months worth of work lol)
- 6th-10th get 5k is a fair idea
- November 1st - January 1st time limit is very good

Could I enter in? I'm probably going to spend at least a week on it, so luckily it's starting soon. But the time of the track making will be slower in the school year.
