i used the track as a base for the shape of the landscape so its more a detail remix since there was really no addition/change to the ride at all

i wouldve used the next couple of hours to add more and clean stuff up but my laptop is almost maxing its cpu and i cant draw lines at all
the hatches around the sun thing were drawn with the minimum size brush at 100% zoom lol

Ive been pretty busy this week, I will try to get them done by this Friday.

i mean, rc5r3 hasnt been judged yet even after a whole year. Comparisons aside, your entries weren’t good and didnt help promote a competitive environment for my contest. All good authors and artists are mostly inactive, unmotivated or have left. The fact that the entries weren’t good enough for you, is a result of circumstance not because I was a bad host. If you arent happy that theres only been one feature this month or this contest wasnt good or didnt rank you super high, I challenge you to make a featured track. At the very least, stop making thoughtless and shitty skateparks.

 

you can't blame ishu bcos this contest had little competition, it is the fault of the players participating. everyone could have put in far more effort; the tracks that i saw released, largely had a great theme or a great start, but the authors didnt put in enough effort to complete the theme or the track
players like myself are also at fault; the ones who said they would compete and didnt. and i didnt simply bcos i am unmotivated to do so. why? bcos there is no great incentive for me to compete. coins mean little to me, features dont hold the same worth as they did (for me) when i competed in RC4, and this competition didnt have the same competitiveness as previous competitions did (which is funny bcos i contributed to this lack of competitiveness)

creators need incentives to create such as...

this game needs more incentive for creators, which could have a positive affect on future contests. this incentive could be provided through achievements (like the sort of achievements you see in CoD games, where if you complete a task you get a new calling card or emblem, etc), more items in the shop (there are specific bike gear that you can only get through a feature, or placing well in a particular contest), customisable home pages (see drawception's leveling and unlock system, it provides great incentive to grind the game) and perks for putting time and effort into track creation (perhaps a 'notable track' page mediated by feat track mods, or a page which will get a creator more exposure). These are just ideas I have thought of just now, however the options are limitless
