    How did you do that first flip? Is it like a brake flip, or just a quick tap of brake and leaning back while accelerating or what?

    manual = shifting your body weight to keep balance
    wheelie = pedaling to keep balance
    (both on the rear wheelie, although you can do a nose manual which is a manual, but on the front wheel)
