Prob won't get they live even close to done, scrapped it like 4 times. If you wanna judge incursion be my guest but the track I was going for is still a masterpiece I'm looking for. Sorry :/

About 24 hours left, gonna start bringing the contest to a close tomorrow. If you want to rush to finish and enter your track tomorrow, by all means do. But if you feel it wont be adequately possible to do tomorrow, I will be accepting entries still in revisions for a few days for the campaign after the contest ends. However, it will not be judged and compete in the contest.

Results:

First off I want to thank everyone for joining, some great tracks were made and these mixed in with some others will definitely have produced substantial content for a Halloween Campaign, which we all will love to see next month. It was a close one as far as the contest goes, and I had to weigh out which tracks I felt were the best overall and fit the bill as far as subject matter. Im proud to present the winner of the contest... Blair Witch Project by AntiSocial. Congratulations. Here are the other results:

1st: Blair Witch Project by AntiSocial https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/466887-blair-witch-project - Showed the movie very well and was without a doubt the best track overall. I loved the racks and the cabin most notably.
2nd: It Follows by Zycerak https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/467652-it-follows-horror-ce - Probably did the best job of showing content from the movie, definitely was a hard decision to make deciding who won with this one. The beginning of the track is great, along with the settings from the movie displayed elsewhere in the track.
3rd: The Babadook by Reborn https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/468573-the-babadook-hce/uploaded - The small bits referenced from the movie such as the condition of the book and the bowl of worms was icing on the cake. I love how you made the setting transform.
4th: Texas Chainsaw by xwinx https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/466470-texas-chainsaw: Great stuff here and content from the House of Horrors from Texas Chainsaw.
5th: The Mist by Ness https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/467802-the-mist - Really cool stuff and references here.
6th: Goosebumps by awesomeman82 https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/466092-goosebumps-horror-ce - I love all the references and remember most of them from my childhood. The books and the show were great.
7th: The Purge by ItsColinGuys https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/468581-the-purge - Not as dark as it couldve been, but I like how you displayed the setting
8th: The Blackcoats Daughter by Ishu https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/466426-the-blackcoats-daughter - Pretty cool drawings
9th: The Teacher (Pink Floyd's The Wall) https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/465624-the-teacher - Great drawings but the lack of connecting lines and emptiness hurts it.
10th Uzumaki by bungo https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/466374-uzumaki - Showed references well, but alot of it just seemed not well done

uhhhhh i guess i did good. i dont know how the heck Phase got 4.5 when i got 6th. small track with medium detail vs big track with medium detail. serious question marks, but dont really care at the moment. no hate to phase though, like the track. judging can be confusing sometimes
(P.S. this isnt a cry "ooooh pssssst i want the judging to be different wah!" naw, im just a little confused, clarification could be nice)

I just ordered AntiSocial's prize in the form of 3 cans of spray paint

 

I think the entry that won second place should have won, not that there's too much wrong with the Blair Witch track, but it seems not only super unfinished but also not much to do with the movie. For example, there wasn't just one of those stick figures, there was tons of them. And they aren't hard to draw, so why not incorporate the groups of them? Also the franchise expanded a little with the new movie, actually showing you their interpretation of what the "Blair Witch" looks like; a tall, lanky, malformed beast. Could have attempted that. And the campsite could have had a little bit more than just a tent. Idk maybe I'm nitpicking too hard and it was a good track but so simple.

 

Maybe youre right. It was hard for me to decide.

 

It was better than the 2016 movie at any rate
