Being a Muslim born in Russia, I have reason to side with him (Putin is my g.) But I think he should have changed that to "I will not let anyone on the terror watch list from any country"

The only people he ever said about stopping from coming to this country were illegal immigrants and people coming for serious terror prone countries, and the ban on people coming for serious terror prone countries was meant to be temporary until a safer system of checking them was put into place.

The countries he pointed to were innocent in terms of terrorism on US soil, while the real culprits evaded the ban because they're goody-goody with trump, which is the only reason the "ban" failed. I wouldn't have had a problem with the muslim ban if he'd done it right, and I bet quite a few others would've felt the same too. (except for the craziest of sjws)

That source basically proved what I said because the only qoute they have of trump there says this: "Where this hatred comes from and why we will have to determine. And that is what the whole point of what the travel ban, to stop the jihadists from getting into our country

Not sure what you are talking about here, he banned Iran, Sudan, Syria and Iraq along with 3 others and those 4 I named are the real culprits. And to be honest the seven nations in Donald Trump's travel ban were identified by the Obama administration as the seven most dangerous countries in the world in regard to harboring terrorists. So it is not at all like he was trying to ban muslims or he would have had to ban like 50 countries. He was simply trying to ban terrorism and keep us safe.
