I believe in freedom of thought and policing of religion would contradict that belief.

    Religion restricts freedom of thought.

Not exactly true. The passage you're referencing is Luke 19:27. Jesus was speaking of dissenters who didn't want him to be king over them, so unless you existed during his time and were trying to lord over him, I can't imagine you fit the criteria of people he wished to be slain by his feet.

    Anywho back to confessions.

I enjoy pewdiepie's videos more than ever now that the msm hates him, if the msm hates someone it's pretty safe to assume they're doing something right

    Like hitler for example

confession: it's a 2000+ year old book that people with modern issues refer to to try to solve them, even though the resolutions to such issues aren't listed in it because it is outdated. the contradictions arise when you realize that it's a book that people use to push their agenda and beliefs on others when it states itself that you should love thy neighbor and therefore probably leave them be. this is not to mention the plenty of contradictions within the text itself, which i won't get into.

confession: just let people believe what they want to believe. I thought you liberals were very passive and accepting. If you're so accepting then accept that other people believe differently than you. I mean you guys believe that gays and lgbt's should have the right to be the way they want, then why cant you let people who believe in the bible believe in it. I don't see why everyone makes such a big fuss over a personal choice.

I don't have a problem with religion until people start to deny science with it or use it to discriminate. Most don't. This says a lot about how often people use it for those two evils, rather than for personal gain.

I agree with you. Religion shouldn't be used as a weapon or excuse to harm others. People who do that don't want to take the blame for their mistakes and blame it on their religion. Others though believe in their religion so much that the feel that it is its right to harm others because that is what their religion "told" them to do. I just feel its the best to keep your religion to yourself and use it to create virtues and safeguard them from their vices.

Queer is an umbrella term dude, being lesbian, gay, bisexual, or trans isn't a choice either lmao. How would those be a choice, but queer, which includes those, not be a choice?
