    No he is 1st, but i don't understand why people voted for him, yes i played rip dad. I just don't know though, cuz he never said the name of his dad, and he never did anything, soo like... why?

    I'm pretty sure okto didn't hack into other users for votes. Each member made their own personal decision. People can't possibly be that easily persuaded.
