    if you step away from the computer, walk towards the big rectangle thing with a handle.. open it, you will find a strange outside area with other humans and lots of activities to do.

    it's rumoured that this strange place is actually good for your health, can increase your social skills, and also has a different type of human with lumps on their chest and a convenient slot between the legs to pop out mini-humans.

    I've been to this malformed, miscellaneous world thrice before; the other humans were extremely annoying, and always asked me how I was "doing", at which point I naturally started to scream, and flung my puny, weak arms wildly in the air, while running home in a frenzy of despair and disbelief.
