Hence my citing of the fact that he's no perfect candidate. But is it really worth supporting Hillary over Trump? "definitely isn't perfect" is an understatement...show me the candidate that is TBH, I have yet to see one, but Hillary isn't your typical imperfect candidate.

My main grievance with the left as of late is their failure to acknowledge Islam is radical in very, very high numbers. They pile onto that by saying that any criticism of even the RELIGION ITSELF is racist. Failure or fear of acknowledging Islam's ugly head is currently killing people. Lots of them. Europe has people like Juncker who are saying that it doesn't matter how bad the migrant crisis and terrorism gets, they will not close their borders. Europe is massively infected, the body count is piling up, nobody is doing anything about it. Islam is tantamount to a plague but more bloody. Some of us don't want that over here. We prefer western morale and freedom of religion or lack thereof.

 

I am going off to Marching Band Camp until Saturday afternoon. Hopefully there is free wifi there

 

yeah I can see why you don't like that. but to say that a whole religion is bad is sorta de-humanizing, and possibly could trigger some good people to do some bad things. as for countries not closing their borders, I see it from the refugee's standpoint. if you're a refugee fleeing war and stuff, but a country closes its borders and prevents you from coming in, how would you feel, and as a followup question, what would you do? some would go off and join militant groups to try and get revenge, others would hunker down and try their best to survive given the conditions. but there would still be a war going on. imo the war in syria needs to be stopped before anything else is done.

 

the problem with the refugees is that some (not most) are coming to cause problems and use it as a advantage to sneak into a country and maybe do terrorism, also some act as tho they have the right to live in the country not the privilege that they can live there. I think America as a country should help the refugees but we also need to be careful of what damage they may cause, they should be examined well before they come into USA and also they should learn to become like other Americans not just group together in little communities like they so often do
and yes i agree with you that the war in Syria needs to be stopped quickly

He couldnt be thrown in jail for anything. Trump university was a certificate program that some dumbasses mistook for an actual university and wasted there money.

 

that sounds like the best compromise imo. if you do screen immigrants/refugees tho, you'd have to screen every single immigrant/refugee in order to not discriminate

it was called trump university. it'd be easy for people to think of it as an actual university

 

i would like to just say let no one in but i know that if i were in their place i would want to come in
i just wish that they would behave better instead of causing so many problems like is happening in European countries

I reference that definition because I feel like the end is especially relevant. The left has no evidence. Their arguments consist almost entirely of, "well, wouldn't you want help in those situations?" The question is irrelevant to the topic at hand; we're speaking a numbers game here, and the stats have told us their story. They sing a tune of a prediction right wingers made quite some time ago, which is, and I reiterate, importing people from a culture and legal system that is derived from stone-age barbaric morale is going to be (and is) a detriment to any western society. ISIS has upheld their end of the bargain. They claimed last year that they would cause, rather than a few large-scale terrorist attacks, many more small-scale attacks so as to keep Europe on it's toes and cost it a lot of money in enforcement.

But because I've used the appeal to emotion fallacy before, I'll entertain yours here. Sure, in said situation, I would wish to seek refuge. However I would NOT do as many of them have done; toss supplies ungratefully because they never received enough, try to change their laws and perspectives to fit mine, refuse to assimilate, or hurt and kill any of their people. And if I did these, or if a large number of people in my group did, I wouldn't blame them for refusing me. Don't get me wrong, I'm no xenophobe, nor am I claiming all of them are horrible. If taking in these people was symbiotic, I would support it. If it caused us no ill or benefit, I would support it. But when it is doing damage, significant damage, I will not support that.

you do seem to be implying that every single person that crosses european borders commits a heinous crime though

 

well sadly it seems to only takes one or two to kill many people
and it is always that one person who makes the whole group look bad
