    Holy crap dude that's a lot of money.
    Someone's really desperate to cheat.

    To make a program that makes a ghost from scratch would require some kind of genetic algorithm, which would be pretty much impossible.

    What would be possible would be something that makes ghosts like they were on CR.

    I don't know anyone who can do that. The most interesting genetic algorithm I could find is by Pete Shadbolt (The guy who made Free Rider). https://www.peteshadbolt.co.uk/ga/
    This stuff is so far above me I'm not even gonna attempt.
