Well, ISIS didn't kill the shooter, the shooter killed himself. He was not targeted in the attack, he was the attack.

Yeah it makes little to no sense regarding the story. You know, the one where he got angry because two men kissed so he shot up the club. This article defies all logic and I don't see any truly reputable information in there
