Pokemon Sun or Moon? Poppolio, Rowlet, or Litten?

Which one will you choose?

 

I'm going for sun and maybe poppolio or rowlet

Charizard or rayqauza

 

Or shadow lugia

 

In a competitive scene, they are both astounding, but Rayquaza is more. Regardless, Charizard is the only one of them that is actively allowed into the tournaments though.

Not really especially since Shadow Lugia has only made an appearence in Pokémon XD. The only thing it has on Charizard is Hydro Pump, Thunder, and Ancient Power, which believe it or not, aren't always the best moves for Lugia. Mega Rayquaza had Delta Stream which knocks out Thunder, Ancient Power, and a 1HKO from Ice Beam or even Blizzard. To top it off, Mega Rayquaza has some of the best stats in the entire game (I believe the 2nd best next to Arceus) and is extremely overpowered with V-Create, Outrage, and Dragon Ascent.

In most competitive setups Rayquaza is banned leaving only typically M-Char-Y but M-Ray is millions of times better as one of the best sweepers in the game.
