OK, so first of all R.I.P. Trump Thread....that was partially my fault, i must admit, so i feel kinda like its my duty to set up this new one for people to let out their political thoughts.

OK, I'll start us off.....do you people think that Congress should OK Obama's choice of Merrick Garland for the supreme court, or since its election year, wait until the next president nominates someone?

Feel free to discuss Presidential Candidates, foreign politics, foreign affairs, anything political.

Valid opinion backed up by solid arguments, rather than random statements with no value to the discussion. Surely you can not be republican

 

Ted Cruz's ugly face makes me gag

 

Oh, the great bernie, with thine wind-blown hair and big swollen tongue, allow me to bring up this note of praise to thee! Once thou art inhabiting thy rightful position at the highest office as far as you can see from thine humble vermont back porch, i beg you to gift us with the free stuff, that rightfully belongs to us as inhabitants of the universe. Once thou hast completes this, ban all cars, oil, and methods of transportation, and let us ride our fixed-gear bicycles down the streets, and wreak-havoc in the churches to destroy the people of faith. Please, take from the rich and give to the poor, thine orface of the modern-day robin hood in the sherlock forest or something like that........please accoplish that in the first 3 months, becasue, sorry no offence, by the looks of things, you dont have much more than 3 months before you shall buy the farm, as it where....

Bernie the Purple Dinosaur?

 

Bernie Sanders is a Socialist who will set our economy on a downward spiral.
Hilary Clinton is a political feminist who will say or do whatever to get office, even if it means lying multiple times and having poor policies.
Ted Cruz is a flip flopping, "I'll say whatever to beat Trump but I have no real opinions of my own" old-country regressive.
Donald Trump is a bigoted, sexist, racist businessman with no real leadership skills and the potential to divide the country and send us into some deep doodoo.
Kasich... nobody gives a fock about Kasich.

Conclusion- This election sucks. But, if you're of age, be sure to vote for who you think is the best of the terrible candidates.

 

Honestly. I'm graduating college in May 2017 and I'm thinking, legitimately, of moving to Toronto

 

I liked rubio, i coulda got behind Rubio, but i think Cruz represents american values
