    yeah the first part was much too narrow to make any turns, but then after a few meters we skied normally down for the most of the time. the actual footage was about 10 minutes long, with it mostly being normal skiing down the couloir. in the vid you see the first 30 secs of sliding, then a tiny bit of skiing, then the one part where there were tons of rocks, so we couldn't ski past them very well, and then the last open bit. In reality though it was like 30 secs of sliding, then 6 mins of skiing down the couloir, then a few secs at the rocky bit, and then the rest at the open part. also, when its that steep (again it is much steeper irl than in the vid) and extremely icy at the top, it is basically impossible to make turns

    i ran that at a sports day last year after one practice! i got 1:04, but 3rd place so i was happy. ;)
