PB's Off-Road Contest

Hey, I just started a contest for off-road tracks. The main idea is get a bunch of cool challenging tracks to be published that are kind of like the tracks in my Off-road Challenge series. 1st Place- 5000 coins
2nd- 2000 coins
3rd- 1000 coins
Top 20- 300 coins
All tracks due Dec. 25 midnight, eastern time zone

The quality of your track was very good. Not only did you follow all the guidelines but you also had a very enjoyable yet challenging track in addition to very simple yet high quality artwork. Outstanding Job!

the_rider:
Your track was very similar to Orbit's. The difference was that your art quality was not as good. However, the addition of trees and a decent job on the ground decoration and background earned you second. Great Job!

I just couldn't say the_rider's track was better than or less than yours so I did a tie. (That means I'm giving out more coins so you should thank me for my generosity!) Your art and the track were both good. The main reason you didn't get first was that the detail was pretty repetitive and didn't look as natural as orbit's. It still looked great though. Great Job!

Your track was also very good. I liked the track, the background and ground detail. i can tell you put some effort into this track. However the art was rather messy in places which is where the first and second place winners did a better job. It was a good track and I enjoyed playing it. Good Job!

Update:
Just received Tordredrob's track and it was pretty good so I'm gonna give it honorable mention and give him 500 coins to make up for the mixup. Also everyone who followed all the rules will receive at least 200 coins. So that means if you have no zeros in the grading scale your gonna get 200 coins

 

Yeah you got a perfect score of twelve although you probably wouldn't have won because the art was a little sloppy in some places. But you did a really good job.

How TF did Orbit get 12 points? HIS TRACK WAS 30 SECONDS LONG

The high score for the track was 30 seconds. When I was grading them I was using my Ipod and I and not very good on it. I got a time of 1:08 and since that fit the time restraints I gave him 12. Looking back, I'd say for your average rider, it was about 50 seconds. Either way I am not going to go back and change the scores now. Besides, his art was very good and the track was exactly what I wanted. Even if it was a little short, I still think it deserved first. In comparison to yours, although your track and trees look great. The Mountains and ground decoration were just you moving the paint-brush forword and it looked a little sloppy. Also his art would have taken a lot longer time. Sorry if you are not happy, but I had to make a decision and his track is honestly better quality.

1. The best score on mine was 1 minute ten seconds, so i dont know HOW u got 50, and the average is 2 minutes 32 seconds, and secondly, I didnt just move the brush forward... Mine probably took alot longer considering how many layers i did

 

in our collab you should do that dragon.

 

Im not saying his is bad, im just saying that 2 points of the judging were having the track between 1-3 minutes, and orbit's wasnt, yet he still got the points
