      My track that I have finished will not post. When I hit upload the hourglass spins for eternity. How to fix?

      Step 1, save the track (export copy paste code or save as file)
      Step 2, Close browser, then open a new browser window
      Step 3, Import the saved track to FHRD
      Step 4, Complete the track
      Step 5, Upload Track
